Initially, this led to Mally being contracted as a producer for the muscle label Empire Distribution, but soon after he realized that having his own label would be preferred, and made his own music labels, one named Future Music, and the other named Mally Mall Music.

After being convicted for running a prostitution ring, Mall was sentenced to spend some time in jail. His charges were for running an illegal prostitution ring for an estimate of 12 years, taking large amounts of money from the business which really affected Mally Mall net worth overall.
It started with a raid to Mally’s house back in 2014. In Las Vegas, Mally\s house was raided by police personnel, with a police helicopter landing in his front yard, and FBI agents in an armored vehicle smashing down his mansion’s front gate.
During the trial for Mally’s crimes, multiple witnesses, the women of the prostitution ring, testified against Mally, saying they had been traumatized and manipulated by Mally.

When Does Mally’s Sentence Start?
Mally’s 33-month sentence started September 5th, 2021. After many delays and negotiations with the judge, Mally ended up surrendering to the police. The judge gave her reasoning for denying Mally’s request for a delay, saying that Mally did not give a good enough reason why his health couldn’t be treated while serving his sentence.
Mally reported that he found a mass on his thigh that he considered could be cancerous, and wanted to treat this outside of prison before serving his sentence. The judge, however, strictly disagreed, saying that Mally couldn’t give a good enough reason why he would be unable to get a CT scan while serving his sentence in jail.
The judge went on to say that she wouldn’t entertain any more baseless delays. In other words, if Mally needed health care, he would have to get it while serving time.
Mally surrendered to the officers at the Federal Correctional Institution, located in Sheridan, Oregon. Currently, he is expected to be released on December 15th, 2023.
Steve Sadow, Mally’s lawyer, gave a public statement on the situation regarding Mally, saying the music producer had always dedicated his life to music and to make things better for others, and has recognized that he was wrong and wanted to make things better. Mally would be taking advantage of the programs offered at the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
