Constance Nunes Personal Life And Marriage

Constance Nunes is married to Jared Toller. According to sources, Constance apparently mentioned that she wouldn’t date a man that didn’t share her love for cars.

Jared and Constance originally met through some friends at a party they were at in 2010. They liked each other from the very start and very quickly realized they both had a passion for automobiles.

From their photos on social media, it is easy to conclude that the couple started dating sometime in 2010 and subsequently got engaged in 2010 too. After eight years of dating, they finally tied the knot on February 9, 2019.

After solemnizing their marriage, Constance went on to post their wedding photos on Instagram. They got married in a close ceremony with their families and friends in Newhall Mansion in Piru, California.

Their wedding theme was unorthodox. It was all black, including her wedding dress, and so was their wedding cake.

They are yet to have a baby, and it is not clear about their plans in this regard as the duo likes to keep their private lives a well-guarded secret. Constance Nunes has said that their marriage is built on a firm foundation of unconditional mutual love and respect.

She mentioned that her husband used his savings to help her finish building his dream car, a 1964 Mustang. On the Gotham Garage, Constance Nunes said that she had previously had to work two jobs to help her partner finish his college degree.

They are undoubtedly a remarkable and admirable couple. Even though the couple have been together for a decade, they do tend to keep their personal life out of the public eye.

Constance is on social because of her profession, but Jared has minimal presence on social media. It is thought that the couple have filed for divorce but at the time of writing, there have been no further details on their case.

Height And Weight

Constance has a lean body and athletic appearance, which is an indication that she keeps fit, eats healthy and exercises.

Working At Gotham Garage

Constance Nunes’ resume is quite impressive, and as such, she has had the chance not only to work as a model for big brands but also to be featured in great TV shows and movies.

Working as an engine expert in the Gotham Garage won her a place on the Car Masters: Rust to Riches, a Netflix hit reality show. You may be forgiven for thinking that she is on the show merely as a wallflower owing to her striking looks and curvy physique.

However, Constance Nunes is a qualified mechanic like all the others in the garage and arguably even more skilled than some of her colleagues.

Societal Stereotypes

People usually have misguided and ill-conceived ideas about who or what type of people should be performing specific roles and duties in our community. And because of this, it’s not that easy for many people to come to terms with the kind of work that some women like Constance Nunes do.

Her line of work has always been considered a man’s world and, worse still, an improper job for pretty, young women like Constance Nunes. It is against this backdrop that Nunes likes to see herself. The reality TV star and model mechanic wants to see herself as an agent of change.

She is there to debunk some of these myths and attitudes that still rear their ugly heads in modern society despite the great enlightenment humanity has undergone recently. She is a testimony that a young, pretty lady can also become an accomplished mechanic and perhaps a better one than her male colleagues.

Constance Nunes is in a class of her own in automotive engineering. She has her own Mustang, which she has fully customized and, in the process, made a very great ride. Owing to such an accomplishment, Constance has nicknamed the vehicle ‘Babystang.’

In an interview on Nick Viall’s podcast, she debunked a misconception about her. A former contestant in The Bachelor TV show, Viall asked her whether she considers herself a trailblazer.

She was quick to say that there are many women in the car industry and that she is just lucky that she gets to do it on a vast platform. She concluded by saying she represents other women in the industry, not the trailblazer.

1964 Ford Mustang – ‘Babystang’

For Nunes, nothing is as special as her pretty 1964.5 Ford Mustang. She is adamant that the .5 has to be added! It is her most treasured possession, even nicknaming her ‘Babystang’, which shows the enormous value that she attaches to her dream car.

She bought her ‘baby’ when she was 16 and has kept and maintained it in perfect condition. It was a controversial decision to buy a Ford Mustang because Chevy is the family favorite.

So purchasing a Mustang herself was a done deal due to the fact that she could not convince her parents to buy a Mustang for her. The act of rebellion turned out pretty well for her.

She, therefore, cannot even consider parting with the car despite the amount of money she has been offered in exchange for it. Her 1964.5 Ford Mustang is one of the best cars ever built, and Nunes not only knows it but always likes to point it out, reminding folks that she will never part ways with Babystang.

Babystang is always a work in progress, and she may never quite complete building it. She’s constantly tweaking here and there and improving one or two things.

Intriguingly, she has never changed her Babystang’s original engine it was still mechanically sound. Her favorite part is the original straight-6 engine but has said that she would like some more muscle.

So, with the straight-6, the 1964.5 Ford Mustang’s engine is 170ci with 101 hp; 3-speed manual to Cruise-O-Matic auto trans conversion. There’s a Duraspark ignition system, starter, and radiator overflow, with electric distributor.

A Holley 350CFM 2 barrel carburetor. To give it a bit more power, she decided to build a new 302 engine block and new rear-end transmission. Overall, Nunes Babystang has seen many improvements in some areas over the years.

It has seen restoration on the interior as well as the exterior. She has restored the upholstery, carpet steering wheel, seat belts, and dashboard.

The door and the kick panels have also been restored. And on the exterior, the emblems and bumpers have been rebuilt, and the passenger front has been replaced.

She has given Babystang a respray with slate grey paint from the original white, giving it a captivating look. In short, this remarkable machine has undergone many improvements and restorations, all while restoring it to its former glory, retaining its original makeup and build.

Her Babystang will look awesome on the roads and more than likely prettier than most of the present-day Ford Mustangs. She says that soon, she intends to fit it with the up-to-date bells and whistles like a modern car that can drive with a muscle car flare.

It is fantastic to see just how passionate she is about this male-dominated world. In an interview by Carlyle Motors, she was asked what type of cars she likes most, and she responded that her favorite cars are muscle cars.
